Small changes for better lifestyle .😊

1- Start Drinking lukewarm water after wake up . 2- Practising Meditation  for at lest   5 minutes.   3- Taking  shower   at least 10 minute.  4- Maintain good ratio b/w breakfast, lunch and dinner 5- Start your day with energetic  drink  (juice,milk,coffee or tea) 6- Free mind walk  at lest 10 minutes  7- After taking meal trying few yoga like vajrasan for better digestion 8- At least take 6-7 hours sleep.  9- Stop telling lie for fake popularity.  10- Don't forget to make To-do    list  for what are you going to do Today.    Kudos😊 ATB!

Period makes us women? My mom says that “ Period pain is equal to labour pain ” ( labour pain - while having baby it's a pre delivery pain) Coincidentally. I am suffering from rigorous period cramps. What do I do? I rest. Yes if I am suffering from rigorous period pain /cramps then I sleep I drink Luke warm water. It helps in reducing pain & Give a little relief. I walk. I try to walk it also helps. I eat chocolates. Yess! Dark chocolates helps a lot! Try it! Eat ice cream! You would say what the hell. I wanna give one massage also - NO BODY would understand that how much we suffers during menstrual pain physically as well as mentally!!!! We went through mood swings & people often neglect it . So my dear ladies take care of your damn self because no body is gonna do it for you. Stay strong. Be healthy .
