Small changes for better lifestyle .😊
1- Start Drinking lukewarm water after wake up .
2- Practising Meditation for at lest 5 minutes.
3- Taking shower at least 10 minute.
4- Maintain good ratio b/w breakfast, lunch and dinner
5- Start your day with energetic drink
(juice,milk,coffee or tea)
6- Free mind walk at lest 10 minutes
7- After taking meal trying few yoga like vajrasan for better digestion
8- At least take 6-7 hours sleep.
9- Stop telling lie for fake popularity.
10- Don't forget to make To-do list for what are you going to do Today.
